This weekend, we went to Nebraska for Matt's cousin Diana's wedding. The trip got off to a rocky start as Graeme was having trouble adjusting to getting comfortable in his new car seat. This led to an early dinner stop at McDonald's in Albert Lea where Graeme got a cool "happy meal" toy to play with....hey, whatever keeps him entertained.
He was pretty tired, and as we mentioned in a previous post, if you volunteer to hold his bottle while he eats, it's on you - well table, this one was on you.
Here is Graeme and Matt all dressed up and ready to go to the wedding.
Graeme's cousin Adrienne was the flower girl at the wedding, here she is walking down the aisle.
Here is Matt's cousin Diana and uncle Ken.
After the wedding we tried to sneak in our own family photo.
We have realized that iphones are great as they serve as our phone, internet machines, way to get in touch with each other without actually having to talk to each other (i.e. texting), and they are a great way to keep Graeme entertained. He especially likes seeing himself in the camera, which is why we end up taking so many self portraits. Here is an attempt at keeping Graeme entertained during dinner.
Congratulations Sam and Diana, we had a great time in Omaha and wish you a very long and happy marriage!
