Random updates

Life's been pretty boring for us lately. Matt's still really busy working 6 days a week and late nights so as a family, our quality time is spent around the breakfast table trying to get more food in Graeme's mouth then on his clothes. This is Graeme's happiest time of day which is nice!

Let's see, what have we been up to? Oh, last weekend we celebrated our friend Des' birthday the only way a pretty 30-year-old girl with the maiden name Granowski knows how, at Nye's Polonaise! A Polish restaurant and polka lounge in St. Anthony Main. There was a lot of delicious meat, potatoes, sauerkraut and pierogies.

I've been horrible at taking photos so that was all we got for the night. After dinner was some drinks and dancing. The headache Sunday morning was an obvious indicator that we had a good time.

Graeme was pretty out of sorts on Sunday and we thought for sure he was on the verge of another ear infection. He spent a good portion of the afternoon on Matt's lap like this:


Fortunately, it didn't amount to anything and he's been a happy little boy all week. He brought home some artwork from school he's been working on.


If it isn't obvious, it's a butterfly on the left and a sun on the right. We are running out of fridge real estate!

This weekend is our first swimming lesson and the start of spring cleaning! I'm actually looking forward to it this year, it's been a long winter!
